What camping trip is complete without a campfire? and don't waste that campfire without making s'mores? Get out your roasting sticks, open a bag of marshmallows and try some of these variations on the classic s'mores recipe, and others to try

Banana Boat
So good and a great replacement for s'mores when it is too rainy to start the campfire! YUM!
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 milk chocolate bar or mint chocloate cookies
3-5 marshmellows (full size)
aluminum foil
Preparation
Cut the banana in half, lengthwise. Top the bottom half of the banana with the chocolate and marshmellows, then replace the top half, sandwiching the ingredients between the banana slices. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat- either over open fire, on a grill, or on the RV stove. Unwrap and enjoy!
Campfire Pinapple upside down cakes !!
You might want to perpare this while you are preparing dinner , than just set on the grill too cook while you are eatting dinner / let the kids make their own so they can make their foil into a shape so they reconize thier own .. let cool.. no mess !!
one box of glazed doughnuts ( 6 - 8 )
one can of pinapple rings
pats of butter( 12 )
brown sugar 6- 8 table spoons
cherries
Place on a alumonin foil square ( one square per serving ) put butter , , pinapple and cherry , top with donut fill donut hole with brown sugar .. fold the foil over and twist top of foil . put on grill for 5 - 10 min .. ohhhh laa laa
Chicken Asparagus
Ingredients
Makes 24
4 chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Aspargus Spears
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2-1 tsp garlic salt
4 slice(s) provolone cheese
Preparation
Tear off four squares of aluminum foil approximately 6 inches long. Wash chicken and remove skin if desired. Spray each sheet of foil with Pam oil. Place chicken breast in center of sprayed foil (bone side down) and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt on. Place one slice of cheese on top of spices, (one slice per breast ), and then add the asparagus. Wrap sides and ends together and bake in the oven at 300 degrees for approximately 90 minutes or on the grill until the chicken is done. This is very low in carbohydrates.
FASTER MOM FASTER
. The chicken cooks faster, if you cut it into slices.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation:
Slice onion and green pepper, set aside. Cut each chicken breast into four slices, or you can leave whole. Place chicken, peppers and onions on foil. Then
s much Italian dressing as you like. I use 1/2 cup. Fold foil and cook over campfire or grill for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite potatoes.
CHICKEN POCKET 2
Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup salsa
3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
6 small black olives
Directions
Cut a piece of tin foil large enough to close around the chicken breast.
Place the chicken breast onto the foil and pour salsa over top of the breast.
Place peppers and olives on top.
Wrap the foil around the chicken and fold the ends together tightly and place in an oven dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
